Since starting, I'm the fittest I've been in 10 years. I especially enjoy the approachable attitude and atmosphere. With reserved times in the gym, there are never any crowds (no waiting for the clean and well-functioning equipment!) which is great for keeping workouts consistent when life gets busy. The coaches care sincerely about your individual goals and the best way to achieve them in the long-term, especially teaching you about what will work and what will not.
I joined 7 months ago looking to reverse some weight gain and feel comfortable in my clothes again. I’m down 20+ pounds, and I’ve gained strength and muscle and an overall confidence in myself. The class sizes are small, the gym is clean with all new equipment, and the location is super convenient.
OTA is the best gym in Denver! Everyone at this gym is so kind and supportive. I've gotten significantly stronger while working out at OTA, and it's felt almost effortless due to how well Rob does my programming. Highly recommend. Colby, Rob, and Dillon are awesome!
